US attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities have injured an unspecified number of people, but none of them showed signs of radioactive contamination, Iran's Health Ministry said on Sunday.

"For years, the Ministry of Health has established nuclear emergency units in the medical facilities closest to nuclear sites," ministry spokesman Hossein Kermanpour told the X platform.

"Fortunately, none of the wounded who were transferred to these centers after the American bombing showed signs of radioactive contamination," he added, according to The Guardian.

The US attacked three nuclear facilities in Iran on the night of Saturday to Sunday.

This is about Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan.
