President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke at the Extended Provincial Presidents Meeting held at his party's headquarters. Erdoğan made the following statement regarding the magazine that published the caricature of Prophet Muhammad:"We give endless praise to our Lord for granting us the opportunity to be a part of the Ummah. The disrespect shown by immoral people who do not know good manners is never acceptable. It is a clear provocation disguised as humor. It is a vile provocation."

President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said,"We have not lost our love of serving Türkiye, and we will not lose it from now on. Our place is with our nation. Whether they vote for us or not, all 86 million of them are our true brothers and sisters, a part of our soul."

In his speech at the 172nd Extended Provincial Presidents Meeting held at the AK Party Conference Hall, Erdoğan said that he wanted to proudly express that the AK Party has been consistently continuing its tradition of consultation.

Stating that they evaluate the issues in group meetings, Central Executive Board, Central Decision and Management Board meetings and special meetings with the MPs, Erdoğan stated that they regularly discuss the issues on the agenda of the country and the world in detail in the cabinet every two weeks.

President Erdoğan stated that they developed solutions to the threats and dangers Türkiye faces through special agenda meetings, and that they held the last of the breakfast-chat format meetings this morning, where they brought together members of parliament, cabinet members and the headquarters management.

Emphasizing that they had the opportunity to listen to the problems, troubles and demands of the cities firsthand, Erdoğan continued his words as follows:

"In addition to all these, we operate the consultation mechanism in the most efficient and effective way with meetings with limited or broad participation. We have always maintained our sensitivity on this issue since the establishment of our party. We speak and discuss every issue regarding our party, our country and foreign policy openly and make our decisions accordingly. We will hold the 32nd Kızılcahamam Consultation and Evaluation Meeting, which has been followed closely in Turkish politics for years as an AK Party tradition, on July 11-13. We see our camp as a common sense platform where the AK Party's new term roadmap will be shaped, beyond being a consultation ground. We will leave the Kızılcahamam camp, God willing, strengthened, renewed, refreshed and with energy and inspiration."

Through you, I send my greetings and respect to all members of our organization who serve our cause in all 81 provinces and support our struggle for rights and justice.

I pray to God that our meeting will be a blessing for our entire organization, our country, our nation and our democracy. I would like to proudly express something right at the beginning of my speech.

As the AK Party, we continue our tradition of consultation steadily. We evaluate our issues in our group meetings, MYK and MKYK meetings, and special meetings where we come together with our MPs.

We thoroughly discuss the issues on the agenda of our country and the world in our cabinet every two weeks. Similarly, we develop solutions to the threats and dangers that Türkiye faces through special agenda meetings.

This morning, we held our last meeting in the breakfast chat format, where we brought together our MPs, cabinet members and the Headquarters Management.

We had the opportunity to listen to the issues regarding the problems, troubles and demands of our cities first hand. In addition to all these, we operate the consultation mechanism in the most efficient and effective way with meetings with limited or broad participation. We have always maintained our sensitivity on this issue since the establishment of our party.

We talk and discuss openly about every issue regarding our party, our country and foreign policy, and make our decisions accordingly.

Erdoğan explained that the organization at every level, from the headquarters to the neighborhood and village representatives, is advancing on its path more determinedly than ever, in harmony and coordination as a single body.

Erdoğan, who pointed out that the nation clearly saw that the AK Party cadres were not those who fought, but those who glorified the culture of consultation and the law of brotherhood, noted the following:

"We are not a movement that undermines each other, that plots and traps each other, we are such an organization that is devoted to the same cause, the same ideal. Look, our interests did not bring us together, our political ambition did not bring us together under this roof. We did not run for these positions for a seat, a position or a title. We are only here to serve the people and gain God's consent. We are in the AK Party to serve our nation. The late Arif Nihat Asya said, 'If one of us does not consent to be a bridge, we will wait on the shores of this water until the end of time.' And here we are under this roof to be a bridge between hearts. We are striving to strengthen the unity, solidarity and brotherhood of 86 million. We have been fighting shoulder to shoulder for a common purpose, common goals, troubles and issues since August 14, 2001. And thank God, we are fighting this struggle with our heads held high."

"WE DID NOT APPROACH THE PARTY OR THE PEOPLE TO LOOK DOWN FROM ABOVE"

President Erdoğan emphasized that they will continue their journey with determination, with the motto of"Türkiye first", by increasing their love and passion for the nation and without getting tired or discouraged in the face of obstacles.

Erdoğan, pointing out that stopping, pausing, and being complacent would not suit the AK Party cadres, shared the following:

"It is never appropriate to distance ourselves from our nation, whose favor and trust they have earned, and especially to build a wall between us. God willing, we will celebrate our 24th anniversary next month. For nearly 24 years, we have not allowed this party to approach arrogance, arrogance, or looking down on the nation. God willing, we will not allow it to approach us from now on either. We have not been among those who belittle the nation, ignore the nation, or turn a deaf ear to the nation's troubles. God willing, we will not be among those who do not. We have not lost our love of serving Türkiye, and we will not lose it from now on either. Our place is by our nation's side. Whether they vote for us or not, all 86 million are our true brothers and sisters, a part of our soul."

"We exist for the nation, we will always be where the nation is. We will do whatever the nation wants and we will implement it. The AK Party is the party of the nation. This organization is the organization of the great nation," said Erdoğan, conveying that they are always the companions of the poor, the needy, the destitute and the needy, not the elites.

Stating that they sincerely embraced the poor, the needy, the stranded, the wayfaring, that they struggled to hold their hands and lift them up, and that they still practice politics on the same lines today, Erdoğan said,"It is our primary duty to be informed about every street of our country, every citizen living on every street, and the troubles, problems, and complaints of all the residents of the city we are the mayor of."

President and AK Party Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said,"Our women's and youth branches will also be on the field during the summer term and will undertake extremely important work. We will be on the field with our cabinet, headquarters, boards, deputies, district and town organizations, and above all, our provincial organizations and municipalities."

"This summer season will no longer be just another season for us," said Erdoğan, adding that they will work hard, go door to door and get along with the citizens.

Erdoğan, who stated that different units of the AK Party Headquarters prepared various programs in order for the organization to make the best use of the summer season, said,"We are continuing the Turkey Meetings that we held last year and were very productive, with the theme of 'Turkey Century Meetings'. Our ministers, deputy chairmen, Central Decision and Management Board members and deputies will visit all 81 of our provinces and come together with our organization members, civil society organizations, the business world and various segments of our people. We will also hold our advisory assemblies, which are indispensable for our party, without a break and with the highest possible participation throughout the summer."

Erdoğan, who stated that they gathered the events to be organized by the municipalities for the youth during the summer under the title of"Summer is Beautiful with You", stated that 5.6 million young people will vote for the first time in the 2028 elections and 2 million of these young people live within the borders of the AKP municipalities.

President Erdoğan stated that they aim to reach 750 thousand young people with their youth-oriented activities in the summer of 2025, and continued his words as follows:

"We will ensure that young people residing outside our own municipal borders are also informed about these works and activities. During the summer period, our women's and youth branches will also go to the field and undertake extremely important works. We will be on the field with our cabinet, headquarters, boards, deputies, district and town organizations, and above all, our provincial organizations and municipality. We will strengthen our bond with our people, listen to their complaints and make a special effort to receive their prayers. We will use the summer period as an opportunity to widen the gap between us and the opposition. Again, during this process, we will prevent the lies and slanders that the opposition constantly spreads by telling the truth to our citizens with evidence and documents. I would like to express that I expect you, especially our mayors and provincial mayors, to give the necessary importance to these activities and to work devotedly for these activities to be implemented with the highest efficiency."

"WE TOOK Türkiye TO A NEW ERA"

President Erdoğan said that these programs provided them with the opportunity to learn the nation's views directly, while also providing them with the opportunity to explain their services.

Expressing that the most successful staff in the history of the Republic in terms of service, work, investment, action and project are in this hall, Erdoğan noted the following:

"In every sense, thanks be to God, we have managed to bring to our country in 23 years much more than what was done before us. In the words of the late Özal, 'we have taken Türkiye to a new era' in transportation, health, defense, agriculture and many other areas. No offense, the opposition cannot even hold a candle to us in the service race. No one from the opposition can compete with the vision, diligence and passion for service of any of our mayor. Look, I am not saying this just for the sake of a joke or a polemic. I am saying this as a brother of yours who has traveled Türkiye many times. When we go to the provinces and districts, we can see the difference between the AK Party and the People's Alliance municipalities very clearly. There is action, work, 24/7 work in the AK Party and the People's Alliance municipalities. There is a struggle to beautify their cities, there is a consciousness of keeping the promises made in the squares. There is a desire to pay the debt with service politics. In our municipalities, there is not complaining, but finding solutions. There is not the cunningness of running a cheese ship with words, but the enthusiasm to put stone upon stone. There is a vision that knows the rights of the city and looks out for the rights of others. There is a sublime morality that follows the path of service, not profit. There is a perspective that thinks not only about today but also about tomorrow. There are enthusiastic, diligent and qualified staff who do not forget, but work wholeheartedly, devoting all their time to their city and fellow citizens by saying 'Words are honor'. I repeat, when it comes to real municipalism, this has been the first movement that comes to mind for the last 30 years. God willing, we will continue to write the book of municipalism from now on. With God's permission, we will not allow anyone to stain this pure heritage full of successes."

Erdoğan thanked the entire organization for their efforts and services and prayed to God to keep them on the right path and to serve the country, nation, ummah and all humanity.

"EATING THE FALLING IS A CHP TRADITION"

Erdoğan continued as follows; My dear comrades, I believe that you are also following the opposition’s situation. You see what state they are in. Our nation is watching the developments in the Main Opposition Party with astonishment. They cannot even raise their heads without fighting within the party. They see no harm in insulting the presidential candidates they praised to the skies just two years ago. Apparently, it is a CHP tradition to eat what is due. I would like to state the following very clearly and directly here. The ongoing civil war in the CHP is of course an internal matter of the CHP. Who says what to whom, what accusations are made, what insults are made, who stabs whom within the CHP does not concern us.

The congress discussions they insistently want to drag us into are also an internal issue of the CHP. I am particularly drawing your attention to this fact. Be careful, all parties to the case that is being brought to court are CHP members. There are no ones who say there is any suspicion, no ones who say what else do you say, there are no ones who complain and say they are the ones who say they are the victims.

All those who voice shameful allegations that we do not have the decency to mention here are none other than CHP members. We are not in any part of this fight, this arm wrestling. The same applies to other investigations and prosecutions.

If they are looking for someone to blame regarding the issue, they should not go to the AK Party or us, but look at their old and new comrades and see whose names are written in the case file.

We have not been a party to this fight, this competition, this pitched battle until now, and we will not be from now on. Like everyone who ends up in court, CHP members also share their cards in court, present their evidence, make their defense, and the independent and impartial Turkish judiciary makes the most accurate and most accurate decision. In the end, the finger cut by sharia does not hurt.

Our stance, attitude and what we say are clear in the case where we were penalized for reading poetry and in the closure case filed against our party. Instead of dealing with empty talk, they should look to us and learn how to wage a legal struggle. Even though we were wronged, we did not threaten anyone, we did not insult anyone, we did not say we do not recognize the judiciary. We defended ourselves and submitted to the decision made by the judiciary. Unfortunately, we cannot see the same maturity, the same self-confidence, the same respect for the law in the CHP and the CHP administration.

I believe that our nation has and will appreciate this very well. The CHP's compass has been distorted, its political qibla has been lost. Despite this bitter truth, our wish is that Türkiye's main opposition party will get rid of fake agendas and return to the nation's real agenda.

While our region is on fire, while the world is experiencing historical ruptures and crises, while Turkey is trying to solve a half century old problem, in short, while there are such burning and vital issues, the fact that the main opposition has become the toy of 3-5 municipality robbers and not only that, but has placed feeding on tension, polarization and exploitation at the center of its politics is a loss for both them and our country. Turning political competition into hostility, turning everyone except them into enemies, and trying to suppress every criticism with tyranny is the greatest evil that can be done to Türkiye and our democracy.

What Türkiye needs is a constructive and responsible political language. We hope that the opposition will solve its direction problem as soon as possible.

I want it to be known that those who pursue small problems and small calculations in such a period cannot be held accountable to history. We are concerned with positioning Türkiye in the strongest way in global politics and ecopolitics where the cards are once again being broken. We are fighting for a Turkey that has completely solved the terrorism problem, strengthened its domestic front, and gotten rid of its baggage and ballast. We also want to wage this struggle with the broadest possible participation.

"A DESPICABLE PROVOCATION"

My dear brothers and sisters, before I finish my words, I would like to emphasize an important issue. In our holy book The Quran, our Lord says: Say,"If you love Allah, follow me. Allah will love you and forgive your sins."

Yes, as commanded in the verse, we see the way to be honored with the forgiveness and mercy of God Almighty as a requirement of our faith and belief, loving our Prophet more than anything and anyone, respecting him, and walking on his blessed path until our last breath.

The Turkish nation has been distinguished by its love for the Prophet since the day it was honored with Islam, and its most important characteristic is its love for the Messenger of Allah.

We, as a nation, are in love, infatuated and fond of our beloved Habibi Kibriya, whose name is beautiful and who is beautiful in our own right. We give endless praise and gratitude to our Lord for granting us to be an Ummah to the Prophet. The disrespect shown by immoral people who do not know manners can never be accepted. It is an open provocation under the guise of humor. It is a vile provocation. Our security and judiciary immediately took action and the necessary processes have been initiated. Those who are impudent will be held accountable for this before the law. We will not allow anyone to insult our sacred values. None of my young brothers should allow anger to cloud the mind. We have fulfilled this duty until today and we will fulfill it in the best way from now on.
