Ukraine launched a drone attack on the Russian Black Sea resort of Sochi last night, causing a fire at a nearby oil depot.
The governor of Russia's Krasnodar region, Veniamin Kondratyev, said on Telegram that debris from a downed drone had fallen on a fuel depot and caused a fire. More than 100 rescue workers and 35 fire engines had been dispatched to the scene to contain the blaze, he added.
A fire temporarily halted traffic at Sochi International Airport overnight. According to foreign news agencies citing the Russian aviation authority, the fire resumed around 5 a.m.
The Russian Defense Ministry said it had intercepted more than 90 Ukrainian drones over the Black Sea and other regions overnight. It did not provide details on damage or casualties, but footage taken after the attack in Sochi has emerged online.

Meanwhile, reports from the city of Mykolaiv in southern Ukraine today of a Russian missile strike in which at least three people were injured, according to the British BBC.
