British Prime Minister Keir Starmer called on Friday for increased deliveries of long-range weapons to Ukraine in a meeting he had with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky ahead of a meeting in London of the so-called Coalition of the Willing.
I believe we can do more on the media, particularly the media with a long reach, said Keir Starmer at the start of their meeting. And of course, there is the crucial work of the coalition of the willing on the necessary security guarantees, he added.
The Zelensky-Starmer meeting took place after King Charles III granted a new audience to the Ukrainian president – their third meeting in the UK since the beginning of the year.
The head of the Labor government leads, together with French President Emmanuel Macron, the coalition of the willing, which includes 26 mainly European countries that support Kiev.
