Singer Stanislav Stavickis-Stano, who is known for his sharp opinions, also decided to speak out about this event.

He shared a post on his Instagram account, where he outlined his thoughts on what he believed was a pointless meeting.

"There was a meeting between V. Putin and D. Trump in Alaska. The negotiations were about nothing and ended in nothing."

If any imaginary person woke up this morning after three years of sleep and watched the video of the Trump-Putin meeting, they would understand absolutely nothing. It is completely impossible to understand the purpose of their meeting in the first place.

It seems they were in two different meetings. Putin's message is that the war will never end, because it never will. Trump's message is that there is news that there is no news.

So, when trying to understand what happened, we need to keep in mind the fact that absolutely nothing happened.

As a reminder, on August 15, Trump and Putin met in Alaska to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine. It was their first meeting since 2019 and Putin's first visit to US territory in a decade.

Although both leaders claimed that the negotiations were successful in their eyes, no concrete breakthrough was achieved regarding a ceasefire and peace in Ukraine.
