Trump claims that there would be no war in Ukraine if he were the president of the United States of America

US President Donald Trump spoke while the negotiations on Ukraine are ongoing in Geneva and attacked Kiev and Europe like never before.

-The"leadership" of Ukraine has not expressed any gratitude for our efforts, and Europe continues to buy oil from Russia - said Trump angrily.

Trump raged at Ukraine and Europe

The President of America once again repeated the claim that the war in Ukraine would not have happened if he had been in the White House at the time.

- The war between Russia and Ukraine is violent and terrible. With adequate leadership in America and Ukraine, it would never have happened. It started long before I returned to the White House, during the administration of"Sleeping Joe Biden" - said Trump.

In part of a post on the"Truth social" network, he revisited claims that the 2020 American election was"stolen" and that "Putin would never have attacked if he was president."

- Only when he saw "Sleeping Joe" did he say: "Now is my chance". The rest is history. I inherited a war that suits no one. America continues to sell weapons to NATO, for distribution in Ukraine, and Joe gave it all away for nothing. God bless all who died in this human catastrophe - concluded the President of America.

Key negotiations in Geneva

Peace talks on Ukraine are taking place today in Geneva, attended by delegations from America, Ukraine, and certain European countries. Volodymyr Zelenskyi sent his key people to the talks, in the hope that they will succeed in changing certain points of the plan devised by Washington.

The 28-point plan mostly suits Russia and Vladimir Putin, and practically represents the capitulation of Ukraine, but also a new nightmare for Europe.

This is the entire American peace plan

  1. Confirmation of Ukraine's sovereignty
  2. Comprehensive non-aggression agreement between Russia, Ukraine and Europe, resolving all misunderstandings of the past 30 years
  3. Guarantees that Russia will not attack its neighbors and that NATO will not expand further
  4. Dialogue between Russia and NATO, mediated by the US, to resolve security issues and reducing tensions
  5. Ukraine receives"reliable" security guarantees
  6. Limitation of the Ukrainian army : Maximum 600,000 soldiers
  7. Ukraine to state in its constitution that it will not join NATO, and NATO to formally introduce a clause that Ukraine cannot join the Alliance later
  8. NATO must not deploys troops on the territory of Ukraine
  9. European fighter jets (NATO) would be stationed in Poland
  10. The USA guarantees security, with certain conditions : The USA will receive compensation for the guarantees provided. If Ukraine attacks Russia - it loses the guarantees. If Russia invades Ukraine - sanctions are reinstated and the recognition of the territories may be reconsidered. If Ukraine launches missiles at Moscow/St.Petersburg (without justifiable reason) - guarantees become invalid
  11. Ukraine has the right to join the EU  and get temporary preferential access to the European market
  12. A large package for the reconstruction of Ukraine : Fund for development (technology, AI, data centers), joint work on the reconstruction of gas infrastructure (pipes, warehouses), reconstruction of affected cities and towns war, construction of infrastructure, exploitation of minerals and natural resources, a special package from the World Bank to finance reconstruction
  13. Reintegration of Russia into the global economy : Gradual lifting of sanctions, long-term economic cooperation between the US and Russia in the fields of energy, resources, infrastructure, AI, rare metals, invitation to Russia to return to the G8
  14. Use of frozen Russian funds : 100 billion dollars of Russian funds will be invested in American reconstruction projects in Ukraine, the US gains 50% of the profits from those projects, Europe adds 100 billion for the reconstruction of Ukraine, frozen European funds are unfrozen, the remaining Russian funds go to a special American-Russian investment fund for"joint projects"
  15. The establishment of an American-Russian working group  for the security that follows the implementation of the agreement
  16. Russia will legally adopt a policy of non-aggression towards Ukraine and Europe
  17. US and Russia to extend nuclear arms control agreements  (eg START)
  18. Ukraine remains a non-nuclear state  (under the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons)
  19. Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant : Under IAEA supervision, production split 50/50 between Russia and Ukraine
  20. Educational and cultural programs for tolerance : Ukraine adopts EU standards for the protection of minorities, repeal of discriminatory measures on both sides, ban Nazi ideology and activities
  21. Territorial issues : Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk de facto to be recognized as Russian territory, the front line in Kherson and Zaporozhye to be"frozen" according to existing borders, Russia renounces other territories outside those five regions, Ukraine withdraws forces from the part of the Donetsk region that controls, and that part becomes a demilitarized buffer zone
  22. Neither Ukraine nor Russia will change the borders by force, they undertake not to use violence for territorial changes
  23. Russia undertakes not to interfere with Ukraine's use of the Dnieper, nor the export of grain from Ukraine via the Black Sea
  24. Humanitarian points : Exchange of prisoners (civilian and military), return children, family reunification program, assistance to victims of the conflict
  25. Ukraine to hold elections 100 days after signing the agreement
  26. General amnesty : All parties to receive amnesty for acts committed during the war
  27. Agreement to be legally binding : It will be overseen by a"Peace Council" headed by Donald Trump
  28. The ceasefire will take effect immediately after signing and withdrawal of forces to agreed positions

Meanwhile, a scandal broke out over the peace plan, as US Secretary of State Marco Rubio allegedly told senators that it actually came from the Russians.

Europe has prepared a counterplan, the details of which have surfaced, and see them in our special text.
