US President Donald Trump announced on Thursday that ending the war in Ukraine is in the hands of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"I don't like to wait too long, and I think what's happening in Ukraine is a disgrace," Trump said in a speech, adding,"I will do everything I can to stop the killing in Ukraine."

"Ending the war in Ukraine is in Putin's hands," he added, stressing,"Putin should not meet Zelensky before meeting me."

In addition, Trump said,"If we hadn't imposed tariffs on other countries, we would be economically helpless."

As Trump said,"I signed an executive order that prevents veterans from being evicted from their homes if they can't pay their dues."
