Bhumjaithai Party (Bhumjaithai Party) has reached a deal, amassing sufficient votes to form the next government. They vow to be sincere in addressing the country's problems, after which they will dissolve Parliament and return power to the people. On August 21, 2025, at the Bhumjaithai Party, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, along with MPs who were set to join the government formation, held a press conference announcing the party's stance following the Constitutional Court's ruling that the current cabinet was immediately terminated.

Mr. Anutin stated that today, all of us, members of the House of Representatives, have gathered to demonstrate our readiness to jointly form the next government, ensuring that the country's problems are resolved and resolved quickly, enabling Thailand's progress to continue without interruption.

After being informed of the conditions the People's Party had informed the people of, in order to request support to prevent gaps in the administration of the country, we acknowledged them and discussed them. Therefore, I was assigned to discuss them with the People's Party. The People's Party's conditions, in terms of substance and details, were agreed upon in every respect.

After we received the Constitutional Court's decision, we saw that we could not allow Thailand to stagnate. The problems that arose may have been caused by a hair blocking a mountain. If it were the same government, it might not have been able to be fixed. But if it were our group, we were confident that it could be fixed. We want to restore peace to the country. Together with the voices of the People's Party, we are confident that we can form a government to govern the country.

The various conditions include holding a referendum to amend the constitution, resolving issues to restore peace, and negotiating with neighboring countries with whom we have severe relations. Once we have addressed these main issues, we will return power to the people within four months of the government's policy statement assuming office by dissolving parliament. The people will be resetting the country, using their power to elect the next person to govern.

Everyone sitting here wishes to resolve the country's problems in every area and return power to the people as quickly as possible.

Mr. Anutin added that the task of gathering votes is the responsibility of all of us, and that the Prachachon Party has no conflicts or disagreements. There may be only minor details that the Prachachon Party would like to see documented, which is the party's operating principle. If conditions are met, we must accept them. Therefore, we must prioritize the issues of the country that need immediate resolution, including the Kla Tham Party, whom I recently met. We are sincere in our commitment to solving the problems.

We have enough votes to convince the People's Party that this cooperation between the People's Party and our group will benefit the country.

As for Mr. Suchart Chomklin, Deputy Minister of Commerce, he said that 16 of them came together using their privileges as MPs. We have a purpose to move the country forward. As MPs, we all agree, so we have come to this point together.

The Palang Pracharath Party said,"This is a national issue. The global economy and our country are currently facing difficulties. If we don't unite and work together, we believe Anutin is the right person, so we're joining hands."

However, Sakda Wichiensin, MP for Kanchanaburi District 4 for the Pheu Thai Party, told the media that he and his party wanted to see the country move forward, and that's why they came to support Anutin for prime minister. When asked how many people were in attendance, Sakda replied that there were around 10. He insisted that it was his prerogative and that he had no problem with the Pheu Thai Party. He just wanted to see the country move forward. He said he was a representative of a rural community and understood the suffering of the people, and he was confident that Anutin was the most suitable candidate.
