Medical sources announced on Tuesday that the death toll in the Gaza Strip has risen to 68,531, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation's aggression on October 7, 2023.
The sources added, according to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA), that the death toll has risen to 170,402 since the start of the aggression, while a number of victims are still under the rubble, and ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
She noted that four martyrs (including one new martyr, two whose bodies were recovered, and one who succumbed to his wounds) and seven injuries arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals. The death toll since the ceasefire agreement on October 11 has reached 94 martyrs, 344 injured, and 474 bodies have been recovered.
She explained that 75 bodies have been identified so far out of the 195 released bodies that were received from the occupation.
