The clashes from the Cambodian invasion have entered their third day. There are still clashes at several points along the border. This morning (26 July 2015) at Ban Chamrak, Trat Province, Cambodian military forces encroached at three points, forcing the navy to intercept them and retreat. At the same time, they must be on the lookout for Cambodian military PHL-03 missiles that may be fired across. Thai authorities are now preparing to respond and evacuating civilians to safety.

According to the report of the 2nd Army Area, throughout the afternoon of 25 July 68, Cambodian forces heavily bombarded with artillery, grenade launchers (K.) and BM-21s, attempting to invade important areas such as Sam Tae, Phu Phi, Chong Ta Thao and Ta Muen Thom temples, to which military personnel responded equally in sequence using their personal weapons.

The use of artillery, grenade launchers, and air power to destroy targets at An Ma, Phu Phi, Ta Tao, and Ban Dai Hak. The use of force to push back the enemy at Phu Makhuea has now allowed the entire area along the 1:50,000 operational line to be controlled.

As for the Prasat Ta Kwai area, there are still attempts to push back, but there are limitations on using force near the ancient site. Areas and times where there have been heavy clashes include the Phu Makhuea area 6 times, the Prasat Ta Muen Thom area 4 times, the Chong Bok area 3 times, the Chong An Ma area 3 times, the Sam Tae area 2 times, and the Chong Ta Tao area 3 times.

Areas that need to be monitored include Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province, Kap Choeng District and Phanom Dong Rak District, Surin Province. It is expected that Cambodian forces will use artillery fire to destroy civilian lives and property in order to put political pressure on the Thai government to decide to end the fighting in a disadvantageous situation. Thailand is very careful in using supporting fire weapons to avoid having an impact on non-military targets.

There is news warning the public about missiles, which are missile systems capable of firing multiple missiles simultaneously at a distance of up to 130 kilometers from the launch position. This type of missile can destroy strategic targets and military positions. The army has prepared to support the situation in implementing the plan to protect the rear area and has the tools to destroy this type of missile. However, in order not to be careless in protecting the lives and property of civilians, please be careful of unwanted attacks.
