He asked journalist Carlos Loret de Mola to speak face to face, after leaving prison after spending 19 years deprived of his freedom.
After his release from the Altiplano maximum-security prison, Israel Vallarta asked Loret de Mola to be invited to his program or to any media outlet willing to listen, to talk about the incident that led him to spend nearly 20 years in prison.
" We'll see each other, Carlos, we'll talk, I don't hate you, because I insist: everything falls by its own weight. You know very well why you left Televisa, you and I know it, but I would like to have that talk face to face and yes, I would like, Carlos Loret de Mola, for you to listen to this, I hope and you want to invite me to your program, because I would gladly accept the invitation, if you want to do it.
Israel Vallarta points out that he has" unfinished talks " with Carlos Loret de Mola that began at the time of his arrest.
"That conversation we had that was unfinished, at the time I was filming—which you know wasn't how it aired—and also the conversations before the judge that we couldn't arrange, I'd like to arrange them, without any problems, on your show or wherever you like, or on someone else's show. If someone from the media is willing to invite him or me, we'll also go to neutral ground, no problem," he said.
"Carlos Loret de Mola Álvarez, here I am. I don't wish you any harm. I wish you blessings from the bottom of my heart. And I think it's only fair that we talk. You owe me a chat, you owe me an explanation. That's all I'm going to say about you, Carlos," he concluded.
Vallarta Cisnero, identified as the leader of the kidnapping gang"Los Zodiaco", was arrested on December 9, 2005 along with French citizen Florence Cassez by members of the Federal Investigation Agency ( AFI ), then directed by Genaro García Luna and Luis Cárdenas Palomino, who are currently facing sentences for organized crime and torture, respectively.
Israel Vallarta is released from prison after nearly 20 years without a sentence.
On August 1, a federal judge acquitted Israel Vallarta Cisneros, identified as the leader of the kidnapping gang "Los Zodiaco" , and ordered his immediate release.
Mariana Vieyra Valdez, presiding judge of the Third District Court for Criminal Matters based in Toluca, ruled that there is insufficient evidence to prove Israel Vallarta Cisneros's responsibility for the crimes charged against him by the Attorney General's Office (FGR), including organized crime, kidnapping, carrying and possession of firearms, as well as cartridges for the exclusive use of the Army.
However, federal sources indicated that the Attorney General's Office still has the option to appeal the judge's ruling.
