"The free choice of a free nation brought me before you, despite the election propaganda and lies," Nawrocki said before the National Assembly."I forgive what happened during the election," he added in his first address.

"These elections on June 1st also sent a strong voice of sovereignty to the entire political class by electing me as President of the Republic of Poland. It's a voice that this cannot continue and that Poland should not look like this today. It's a voice of Polish women and men who want politicians to fulfill the promises made during the election campaign. June 1st is a clear signal that Poles want their campaign promises fulfilled, that they want to elect their president with a sense of freedom and that they will not succumb to political propaganda," the president said.

Karol Nawrocki's address:"Decisions against divisions"

Nawrocki assured that "as president of Poland, I will be the voice of the Polish nation." "I intend to be consistent and determined in fulfilling my 21 promises," he said.

The president further emphasized that"there is no Poland A or B", and we"are all from Polish cities and villages".

"Ladies and gentlemen, I stand before you aware of the great task and enormous responsibility that lies before me. I am also aware of the divisions in Polish political life, in Polish social life. I want to clearly declare that I will not make my decisions in accordance with these divisions or in accordance with political divisions, but rather in spite of these divisions," he declared.

Nawrocki emphasized that he would support Poland in the European Union, but"it is not the European Union, it is Poland and will remain Poland." "But I will never agree to the European Union taking away Poland's competences, especially in matters that are not included in the European treaties, and these should not change," he emphasized.

The president intends to be the voice of those who want"a normal Poland, a Poland committed to its values." At this point, he mentioned"good Polish schools, with Polish literature and Polish reading material." Nawrocki also invited everyone to the next edition of the National Reading."Of course, it will also be in the current Presidential Palace. If it is necessary to read Polish reading material, the President of Poland will do so as well," he announced.

In his address, Karol Nawrocki thanked Andrzej Duda.

The president further emphasized that"today we need big plans, big investments, we need to awaken the aspirations of the Polish nation, because we can no longer be a subsidiary farm of our western neighbors or the entire EU." - Tomorrow I will submit a bill so that we can return to the traditional shape of the CPK and find our economic flywheel for the coming decades - he announced.

The President appealed to the Prime Minister. The Cabinet Council in August

Karol Nawrocki also addressed Donald Tusk."I feel obligated, Mr. Prime Minister, as president, to have full information about the state of the Polish state," he said, inviting everyone to a meeting of the Cabinet Council, which will take place in August."I will want to talk to the Polish government about development investments, the most important investments, as well as the state of public finances," he said.

The president assessed that"today, Poland is not on the path to the rule of law." "It's hard to call a country lawful in which there is no legally elected national prosecutor, and in which the constitutional article stating that the authorities must act within the law is regularly violated," he said.

"Judges are there to issue judgments in the name of the Republic of Poland, and the judiciary is one of the three branches of power in the Polish democratic system. Polish legislation is created in parliament and must be approved by the president," he said, addressing the Minister of Justice. Nawrocki added that judges"are not Gods."

"Esteemed Prime Minister, Minister of Justice, I will not promote or nominate judges who violate the constitutional and legal order of the Republic of Poland. I will promote, promote, and nominate judges who respect the constitutional and legal order of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the Constitution and laws adopted by the Polish Parliament and signed by the President. This is how I envision the legal order of the Polish state," he said.

Karol Nawrocki's swearing-in."I believe that the Presidential Palace will become a place of dialogue."

Nawrocki announced the establishment of a Council for the Repair of the State System at the Presidential Palace."Perhaps Poles still want to continue this way, and repair of the state system. I will of course invite representatives of all political circles, academics, and those who care about the Polish state and our system to this council, and I believe that the Presidential Palace will become a place of dialogue and discussion about the consistent repair of the Polish system," he continued, emphasizing that he"believes in agreement on matters fundamental to Poland."

- The greatest virtuoso from the group of Fathers of Independence, Ignacy Paderewski, added with his characteristic grace that we must fight those who are pushing the nation towards decline and degradation. May God bless Poland, long live Poland," the president concluded his address.

Karol Nawrocki officially took office after taking the oath before the National Assembly.

- Taking over the office of President of the Republic of Poland by the will of the Nation, I solemnly swear that I will remain faithful to the provisions of the Constitution, I will steadfastly guard the dignity of the Nation, the independence and security of the State, and the good of the Homeland and the prosperity of its citizens will always be my highest imperative - said Nawrocki, in accordance with tradition.

After the ceremony at the Sejm, Karol Nawrocki and his wife will proceed to the Archcathedral of St. John the Baptist, where a mass will be held at noon for the intentions of the homeland and the president. The mass will be celebrated by the Primate of Poland, Archbishop Wojciech Polak, and the homily will be delivered by the Metropolitan of Warsaw, Archbishop Adrian Galbas.
