Former Pakistani Deputy Foreign Minister Shamshad Ahmad said that the goals of the Zionist entity's attack on Iran will not be achieved, and that Tehran will teach the aggressor an unforgettable lesson.

The Pakistani official, who previously served as Pakistan's ambassador to the United Nations, noted, according to Mehr News Agency, that one of the objectives of these attacks was to destroy Iran's nuclear facilities. However, these facilities are located so deep underground that they are difficult to destroy with missiles.

He added:"The second goal of these attacks is regime change in Iran. However, what is striking is that the Iranian people have united against the Zionist entity and support its sovereignty. Regime change in Iran is impossible, and the Iranian people will not respond to the calls of the Zionist authorities. On the contrary, there is a possibility of a popular uprising against the usurping Israeli government."

He said: "America has once again miscalculated. America carried out this attack through Israel. Before reaching an agreement, they carried out this action as a pressure tool, without the slightest thought for Iran's reaction." He pointed out that after the United States' withdrawal from the nuclear agreement, Israel's new crimes, and its violation of its promises to lift sanctions, Iran may also withdraw from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

He continued: If the attacks continue, a global oil crisis will ensue, causing economic shocks in countries like Europe, Japan, and China. He added that Pakistan stands with Iran as a sister nation, and that Islamabad is vulnerable, but it does not miss the opportunity to unite.
