"There is a possibility that a southern cyclone will visit our region. If the calculations do not change significantly, there will be heavy rain on Wednesday and Thursday. So far, the calculations of different weather models differ, but a similar trend can be seen that there will be a significant amount of precipitation. Well, Poland may have a lot of rain.
However, forecasting southern cyclones is difficult. A shift in the cyclone's trajectory of just 100–150 km to one side or the other would radically change the rainfall forecast. It remains to be seen what more recent calculations will yield.
"On the maps (Meteologix) - the amount of precipitation (mm) is predicted until Friday (July 11) morning. The norm for the entire month of July, depending on the region of the country, is between 70-100 mm," wrote G. Valaika, sharing photos of the maps.
