US President Donald Trump told reporters aboard his Air Force One plane today that if his meeting with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin does not go well, he will leave, Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.

The two are scheduled to talk at the Elmendorf-Richardson military base in Anchorage, Alaska, which is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. Bulgarian time (11:30 a.m. local time).

"If the meeting with Trump doesn't go well, I'll get up and leave," Trump said, adding,"Europe can't tell me what to do. I want to see the fire (in Ukraine) stop. I won't be happy if it doesn't happen today."

"I don't know (what outcome) would make the meeting (with Putin) successful," Trump said.
