247 - Jurist Liana Cirne Lins predicted that the score of the trial of nucleus 1 of the coup plot in the First Chamber of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) should end with a result of 4 to 1, with the divergence being established by Minister Luiz Fux.

"For those who are rooting for a 5-0 result, that would be betting on an underdog. Given the minister's recent behavior, it's highly unlikely he won't disagree. He still has a different understanding of what constitutes preparatory acts and what constitutes executive acts, possibly understanding that there was no attempt. We have to prepare for a 4-1 result," the jurist predicted in an interview with TV 247.

The First Chamber suspended, at around 5:55 p.m., the trial of former president Jair Bolsonaro and seven other defendants from nucleus 1 of the coup plot.
