EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas claims that Ukraine can still"completely turn the tide and actually win the war" against Russia with continued Western support for Kyiv, TVP World reports.

In an exclusive interview with Polish television channel TVP World at NATO headquarters in Brussels, Kallas called on European and US allies to maintain military and financial pressure on Moscow.

"If everyone did what we have already done in terms of sanctions and pressure on Russia, I think we would be in a different position now," she said, pointing to Russia's deteriorating economic situation and depleted reserves.

K. Kallas condemned Moscow's strikes on humanitarian aid convoys and civilian infrastructure.

"93 percent of Russian targets in Ukraine were civilians or civilian infrastructure," the EU's top diplomat said, adding that Ukraine needed to speed up the delivery of air defense systems to help the country protect itself as winter approaches.

Asked about Europe's defense preparedness, Kallas said the upcoming EU action plan would set"clear goals and deadlines" for defense cooperation and strengthening drone capabilities.

"We can implement these joint projects together to defend the whole of Europe," she said.

Kallas also discussed recent violations of the airspace of European countries, including Poland, for which Russia is suspected of being responsible.

"Russia is testing us," Kallas warned.

"Our response should be this: we help Ukraine because it defends all of Europe," the EU's head of diplomacy emphasized.
