Trump's Disappointment with Putin

US President Donald Trump plans to announce a new arms plan for Ukraine on Monday, which may include supplying our country with offensive weapons.

This was reported by Axios with reference to two informed sources, Ukrinform reports.

The transfer of offensive weapons will be a significant change in Trump's position, who only recently stated that he would only provide defensive weapons to avoid escalating the conflict, the report notes.

According to sources, the publication writes, they have reason to believe that the plan is likely to include long-range missiles that can reach targets deep inside Russian territory, including Moscow.

However, none of the interlocutors said what the final decision would be.

Trump is very angry with Putin. His statement (on Monday, July 14 - ed.) will be very aggressive, - Axios quotes Senator Lindsey Graham in this regard.

As Ukrinform reported, on Sunday Donald Trump stated that the United States will provide Ukraine with missiles for Partiot air defense systems to protect against Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities.
