The government of Ms. Paethongtarn Shinawatra has passed 10 months, almost 1 year after taking over the baton from Mr. Settha Thavisin, the previous prime minister of the Pheu Thai Party, is facing a severe storm at this time. There are both domestic and external problems that are pressing together. In addition, there is a"leaked clip" of the prime minister's voice that shakes the public's confidence in the position of the head of the executive branch to the point that there is starting to be pressure to announce a resignation or dissolve the parliament.
Domestic conflicts, issues that need to be resolved
Starting with the biggest problem of the"cabinet adjustment", it is clear that the Pheu Thai Party, as the core party in the coalition government, wants to seize the"Interior Minister" or Interior Ministry seat back from Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, the leader of the Bhumjaithai Party. Although many analysts are confident that the Bhumjaithai Party will have to give in in exchange for continuing to be the government, Mr. Anutin still firmly insists that if the seat is taken, he will retreat 69 MPs to become the opposition party instead, which will affect the number of seats in the parliament and the stability of the government in the second half of the term.
But the hottest issue right now is the"leaked clip" of Prime Minister Paethongtarn talking on the phone with Samdech Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Senate, father of Hun Manet, the current Cambodian Prime Minister. Once it was released, it turned into a negative image of the Prime Minister himself, because he was both close to"Uncle" Hun Sen and called the army the opposing side. There has been a backlash on social media calling for him to take responsibility, to the point of asking him to resign or dissolve parliament.
There is also the matter of"Thaksin", the father of the Prime Minister, who still has an important pending case in the justice process, namely, receiving treatment at the Police Hospital, 14th floor, after returning to Thailand, without serving a single night in prison. It is seen that if Thaksin can be toppled, the government can also be toppled.

Foreign conflicts, neighbors and distant lands
Of course, the problem with our neighbor,"Cambodia", has been dragging on for more than half a month. It seems to have calmed down somewhat because the Joint Boundary Negotiation Commission (JBC) has already passed on June 14th. However, they did not discuss the 4 disputed areas that our neighbors insisted on sending the case to the International Court of Justice. We do not play games because we do not accept the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice. The Cambodian military has withdrawn its troops from the disputed areas to stay in line. However, the temperature has heated up due to the"leaked clip" mentioned above, which has had a wide impact, but it will be more towards the Thai Prime Minister. As for the negotiations on the area, if no one violates the border, creates unrest, or posts on the other side's social media that provoke or stir up nationalism, we will probably have to live in this situation for a while longer.
There is also the"Israel-Iran war" which is getting more and more intense. Of course, the impact on Thai people may not be as much as other issues because the area is quite far apart. But there are still many impacts, both the world market, oil prices, and other issues that will follow continuously. Thailand is still closely monitoring the situation. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is also updating Thai people in the area. As for the"US tax" issue, even though it has quieted down a lot, it is still moving forward continuously. But amidst the various storms that the government has to face, it is not known how to handle all of these issues.
