Ukrainians hit an oil refinery
Today, a special unit of the Ukrainian Security Forces (SBU) attacked the Bashneft-UNPZ oil refinery in the city of Ufa, on the territory of the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan, 1,400 kilometers from Ukraine, with long-range drones, a SBU source said, Ukrainian media reported.

Massive Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities
Russian forces carried out massive mixed strikes on numerous energy facilities used by the Ukrainian army, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced today.
"Russian operational-tactical aviation, attack drones, missile forces and artillery damaged transport and energy infrastructure facilities used for the needs of the Ukrainian armed forces. Targets in 148 districts were hit in the strikes," according to a statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense, RIA Novosti reports.
The statement emphasized that the mass attacks on Ukrainian energy plants and facilities that supply the military-industrial complex are a response to attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces on civilian infrastructure in Russia.

Attack on Dnipropetrovsk region: There are dead and wounded
One person was killed today and another was injured in Russian drone attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region in the southeast of Ukraine, announced the head of the military administration of that region, Sergej Lysak.

Russian troops are moving units towards Berdyansk for the first time in October.
This was reported on Telegram by Petro Andriushchenko, head of the Center for the Study of the Occupation, reports Ukrinform.
"Yesterday, the movement of personnel and military equipment to Berdyansk intensified. At least 15 trucks and accompanying vehicles (ambulances, trucks and others), all marked with the letter 'V'," Andriushchenko wrote.
According to him, for the first time in October, the enemy changed the character of the movement - from local movements to organized transfers in the direction of Zaporozhye.
He added that throughout the past week, he noticed the opposite direction of movement - mainly from the direction of Berdyansk to the north, towards Volnovaha.

Electricity restored in Odessa
Electrical engineers in the Odesa region have restored power to more than 240,000 households after the night's shelling, and key infrastructure facilities have been reconnected.
