"Now there is a real opportunity to end the war. Ukraine is ready for constructive steps that can bring peace closer. However, Russia shows no desire to achieve peace and continues to shell our cities... We need pressure for Russia to change its position and a summit where all issues would be discussed," Zelensky said.

He also announced that he had a telephone conversation with Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoofs, during which the two discussed how the Netherlands could increase its involvement in the process and assist with security guarantees.

Zelensky said they also discussed joint projects and investments in Ukrainian defense production. He added that important agreements and meetings are being prepared for the near future.
