Group B: Switzerland to World Cup, Kosovo in play-offs

Switzerland qualified for the World Cup as winners of Group B. Coach Murat Yakin's team could only manage a draw in and against Kosovo. The final score was 1-1 in Pristina. Ruben Vargas put the Swiss ahead just after halftime. Florent Muslija equalized in the 74th minute for Kosovo, who finished second in the group and will advance to the play-offs.
