The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, for Tuesday, that the weather will generally be characterized by relatively cold to cold weather accompanied by local frost, in the highlands, the southeast, and the eastern region.
Starting from noon, cloudy skies are expected with rain or showers over the Tangier, Loukkos, Rif and Mediterranean coasts, the Gharb and Saiss regions, extending during the evening to the High and Middle Atlas Mountains and the northern part of the Eastern region.
The sky will also be partly cloudy with some scattered raindrops falling in the Atlantic plains extending north of Safi.
Minimum temperatures will range between -04 and 01 degrees in the Atlas Mountains, between 01 and 04 degrees in the rural areas, the southeast and the high plateaus, between 11 and 18 degrees in the southern desert regions and near the coasts, and between 04 and 10 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom.
As for daytime temperatures, they will see a slight increase in the east and center of the country, while remaining largely unchanged in the rest of the country.
The sea will be slightly rough to rough along the Mediterranean coast and the Strait of Gibraltar, rough to very rough, then it will become slightly rough to rough during the evening between Safi and Tarfaya, and slightly rough to rough along the rest of the coasts.
