Stay tuned," Trump said, targeting the US media in other posts.

BIDEN'S"STUPID WAR"

Trump, in his post arguing that some media outlets are making"fake news" and distorting the truth in their reporting about him, referred to the Russia-Ukraine war as former US President Joe Biden's"stupid war."  US President Trump commented,"We had a great meeting in Alaska about Biden's stupid war that should never have happened."

In another tweet, Trump said,"If I had gotten Russia to give up on Moscow as part of the deal, the fake news and their partners, the radical left-wing democrats, would have said I made a terrible mistake and a terrible deal. That's why they're fake news," arguing that the media should talk about "other conflicts they stopped."

Trump and Putin held a three-hour meeting in Anchorage, Alaska, on August 15, with the US leader announcing that they had made significant progress but could not reach a final agreement.
