“Chirayu,” the government spokesman, released images of Thai hospitals and sub-district health promotion hospitals that were severely damaged after being attacked by Cambodia with heavy weapons in many places, a serious violation of humanity, and called on the international community to condemn.

At 4:30 p.m. on July 30, 2025, Mr. Jirayu Huangsap, the government spokesman and member of the Thai-Cambodian Border Situation Administration Committee (CBSA), strongly condemned the actions of the Cambodian government and military in the use of weapons to attack targets that were Thai medical facilities in many areas. This is an action that goes against basic humanitarian principles and is a clear violation of international law.

Mr. Jirayu also revealed photos of some of the damaged hospitals, including the Phanom Dong Rak 80th Anniversary Hospital, the Kham Proi Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital (Kham Proi Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital), the Khok Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital, and the Cham Meng Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital.

“Thailand urges the international community to monitor and condemn such actions, which differ from Thailand, which strictly adheres to humanitarian principles, operating only against military targets in order to avoid civilian casualties.”
