In a week marked by the exchange of barbs between Javier Milei and Victoria Villarruel, the President returned to the attack against his Vice President and, on social networks, shared a large number of critical messages towards his running mate.

From publications on X by Santiago Oría, his campaign filmmaker, to articles in libertarian-friendly media such as La Derecha Diario, the head of state firmly took aim at her, bringing back to the scene the accusations of treasonhe made against the vice president last Thursday at the Stock Exchange and her response, where she referred to the money sent to the SIDE and the president's constant trips.

One of the strongest messages Milei shared against Villarruel was Oría's."In addition to being a traitor, a DEMAGOGUE and BRUTAL in economic terms," wrote the filmmaker who follows Milei through thick and thin, always with a camera or cell phone in hand to film everything that happens around the President.

Oría had attached to his message a description of how much the SIDE spends and how much is spent on presidential trips where the conclusion was that the sum of both would still not be enough to cover the expenses that will be generated if the laws approved last Thursday that grant increases to pensions and declare the emergency in Disability come into effect.

The suggestion to cut funding for the SIDE (National Secretariat of Economic Development) and reduce presidential travel came from the vice president. Villarruel didn't make a new post to criticize the president but, as she has done before, responded to messages from her critics on Instagram. One of the questions was about her having opened the session and allowed the vote on the pension moratorium."Do you want to break the fiscal balance?" a user rebuked her a few days ago.

"If there's balance, then helping the most vulnerable shouldn't be so terrible. The point is, a retiree can't wait, and a disabled person even less so. Let him save on travel and the SIDE (National Insurance System) and that's it," the vice president responded to the user, taking a direct swipe at Milei. It came hours after the President accused her of being a traitor.

The President also shared this Sunday the reflection of liberal author Federico Domínguez, who remarked in his publication against Villarruel:"You are against the president traveling to position Argentina in the world, obtain cheap financing and close trade agreements. OK. You are against the SIDE having equipment to combat terrorism and drug trafficking. OK. But saying that with that money you can increase the pensions for retirees is holding the calculator upside down."

Agustín Etchebarne, director of the Freedom and Progress Foundation, was also the author of a message that the President released.

Another article followed, but from PanAm Post and titled"Populist Victoria Villarruel's New Miscalculation". Several other similar posts appeared on the X presidential account, the vast majority focusing critically on the person he chose to accompany him at the head of the government.

Mili's morning on Twitter had begun around 11 a.m., when she posted a photo of Patricia Bullrich's visit to Olivos, with whom she had breakfast. The Minister of Security was one of those who most strongly questioned Villarruel last Thursday for occasionally presiding over the session called by the opposition.

The President then shared a video in which entertainment journalist Marcelo Polino criticized the senators for their inflated salaries. Villarruel is the head of the Senate.

From then on, the President spent hours sharing messages and reflections against Villarruel.
