
SANTARELLI IN THE FINAL FOR THE SECOND TIME
Under Italian head coach Daniele Santarelli, Turkey defeated Japan to reach the World Championship finals for the first time. Santarelli had previously competed against Serbia in the finals and won the gold medal.
The experienced head coach has gold medals with the national team in the European Championship and the Nations League.
