Top Russian official unconcerned about Trump's threats: 'Mood not affected at all'
A leading Russian politician has said that "the mood is not affected at all" by Donald Trump's threat to impose 100 percent tariffs on imports if Russia doesn't reach a deal to end the war in Ukraine.
Konstantin Kosachev, deputy speaker of Russia's upper house of parliament, said:"If this is all Trump had to say about Ukraine today, then he's completely out of steam." According to Kosachev, Europe will have to"cough up more and more" after "the free cheese for them turned out to be a mousetrap."
