US President Donald Trump described the Chinese military parade as impressive and noted that he maintains good relations with all its participants. He said this during a meeting with Polish President Karol Nawrocki at the White House.
Journalists present at the meeting between the two leaders asked Trump to comment on his words about an alleged conspiracy against the United States and asked whether he considered this a reason to introduce secondary sanctions against Russia's trading partners.
Well, I've already done that with India, and we're doing that with other issues," he said, noting that he had already commented on the parade in a post on the Truth Social network.
About the parade
Trump, however, noted that the Chinese parade made a strong impression on him.
I thought it was a beautiful ceremony. Very impressive. But I understood why they did it: they hoped I would watch. And I did watch, the American president said.
Trump also stressed that his relationship with all the parade participants is going well.
We'll find out in the next week or two how good [the relationship] is," he added.

On September 3, the US President wished Chinese President Xi Jinping a wonderful celebration of the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
We have helped China a lot when they talk about freedom. I think, and I hope I am wrong, but I do not think the United States has been given enough credit for helping China achieve freedom, - Trump said. - I was very surprised by the speech of President Xi Jinping.
Trump stressed, however, that he considers the Chinese leader his friend.
He is my friend, but I think the United States should have been mentioned in this speech because we have helped China so much," he said.
