This map, based on satellite imagery, shows an assessment of the damage to structures in the Gaza Strip area. The imagery was collected on July 8, 2025, and published on August 5 by Unosat – United Nations Satellite Centre, part of UNITAR – which provides analysis, training, and development to UN entities and Member States. July imagery was compared with imagery collected on May 1, 2023, May 10, 2023, September 18, 2023, October 15, 2023, November 7, 2023, November 26, 2023, January 6-7, 2024, February 29, 2024, March 31–April 1, 2024, May 3, 2024, July 6, 2024, September 3-6, 2024, December 1, 2024, February 25, 2025, and April 4, 2025.

According to satellite image analysis, Unosat has identified 102,067 structures destroyed , 17,421 severely damaged structures, 41,895 moderately damaged structures and 31,429 potentially damaged structures, for a total of 192,812 structures. These correspond to approximately the 78% of the total of facilities in the Gaza Strip and an estimated total of 282,904 housing units damaged.

The governorates of Khan Yunis And Rafah recorded the largest increase in damage compared to the April 4, 2025 analysis, with approximately 8,681 new damaged structures in Khan Yunis and around 7.112 a Rafah. Within Khan Yunis, Khan Yunis Municipality recorded the highest number of new damaged structures, totaling 5,865.
