"We will impose very severe tariffs if we don't reach an agreement in 50 days, tariffs of about 100%, you call them ancillary tariffs, you know what that means," Trump said, according to The Guardian.
He reiterates that he is"very disappointed" with Russian President Vladimir Putin,"because we thought we would have an agreement two months ago, but it seems like it's not getting there."
Military equipment supplied to Ukraine
Trump said that billions of dollars worth of military equipment would be purchased from the US for NATO and quickly distributed to Ukraine.
"This is a very important deal that we made, it's about billions of dollars worth of military equipment that will be purchased from the United States, will go to NATO, etc., and it will be distributed quickly to the battlefield. Ukraine will take it," Trump said alongside NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
