The anti-immigration policies of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, are beginning to have repercussions, as on Saturday, June 7, a confrontation was reported between the Latino community of Los Angeles and local authorities during demonstrations against the Republican's ideas.
That day, U.S. authorities implemented an immigration operation at a company in the city of Paramount, where more than 50 federal vehicles were deployed.
In response, activists and community members protested, trying to prevent the arrests, but for more than two hours, federal agents repelled the protesters with tear gas and stun grenades.
Donald Trump blamed the"radical left" for being behind the Los Angeles protests and riots.
"These Radical Left protests, driven by instigators and often paid rioters, will not be tolerated. Also, from now on, masks will not be allowed at protests. What do these people have to hide and why? Once again, thanks to the National Guard for a job well done!"
