The General Authority for Meteorology revealed the expected weather conditions on Thursday, indicating that cold weather will prevail in the early morning, moderate temperatures during the day in most areas, tending towards warmth in the south of Upper Egypt, tending towards coolness at the beginning of the night, and cold at the end of it.
The Meteorological Authority said in a statement on its official Facebook page that today's weather will be characterized by water fog (starting from the late hours of the night until 9 am on some roads leading to and from the north of the country up to Greater Cairo, northern Upper Egypt and central Sinai, and it may be dense at times on some roads).
She continued: There is a chance of light rain in scattered areas of the northwestern coasts, the northern part of Lower Egypt, and southwards in areas of Halayeb and Shalateen, at intermittent intervals. This will be accompanied by occasional wind activity in areas of the northwestern coasts, which may stir up sand and dust in areas of the far west at intermittent intervals.
She pointed out that some low clouds appeared over areas from the north of the country to Greater Cairo, the Canal cities, central Sinai and the south of the country, which may result in light drizzle and not affect some areas.

Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt: High 25, Low 18
Northern coasts: High 24, Low 16
Northern Upper Egypt: High 26°C, Low 12°C
Southern Upper Egypt: High 30, Low 16
