In a video posted on the Ix platform, which was apparently taken from the air, three people emerge from an area covered in rubble, kneel and raise their hands in the air, reports Al Jazeera.

A separate photo released alongside the video shows a group of three unarmed men wearing only their underwear.

"They are coming out of the tunnel into the destroyed city... (the Israeli army) is destroying targets both above and below the ground," Katz wrote in a post accompanying the video.

His claim comes as Israeli forces continue a series of attacks across the Gaza Strip.
