Meanwhile NYT informs that the shooter has still not been identified.

"There are no suspects in custody, and the investigation is ongoing," Ellen Traynor, a spokeswoman for Utah Valley University, said in a statement.

According to the university, four agencies are investigating the shooting: Orem police, Utah Valley University police, the FBI and the Utah Department of Public Safety.
