Speaking about the possibility of a meeting between Putin and Zelensky, Peskov said that the Russian president does not exclude the possibility of holding such a meeting, but that he believes that every meeting at the highest level should be well prepared in order to be able to finalize the work that must first be done at the expert level.
"For now, we cannot say that expert work is in full swing. Unfortunately, it is not," Peskov told RIA Novosti.
Peskov noted that Russia remains interested and ready for such negotiations.
"All of Russia's positions on the agreement have been communicated to Kiev, and the provisions have been handed over to the Ukrainian side in writing," Peskov pointed out.
