The Greek National Basketball Team defeated Israel at Arena Riga, Latvia, in the round of 16 of the Eurobasket.

Led by Giannis Antetokounmpo, Greece defeated Israel 84-79 and qualified for the round of 8, where they will face Lithuania on Tuesday.

The Greek NBAer scored 37 points with 10 rebounds. Kostas Sloukas scored 11 points, while Alexandros Samoturov also played a key role.

Despite the Greek internationals' failure to make three-point shots (4/25), the blue-and-white team did what it had to do.
