With visitors from different provinces and weekend getaways, the Posadas Bus Terminal reflects an increasing tourist flow. While Misiones experiences its last week of winter vacation, other jurisdictions begin their recess, anticipating a greater influx of travelers.

With the arrival of the second week of winter vacation in several provinces across the country, an increase in tourist traffic is expected in the city of Posadas and throughout the province of Misiones. From the bus terminal in the capital of Misiones, a transitional panorama can be seen: while some tourists bid farewell to the destination after a weekend getaway, others prepare to begin their journey.

During a tour conducted by Misiones Online on Monday morning, the atmosphere was calm, although there were groups of travelers ready to board buses to different destinations. One of the passengers, originally from San Vicente, commented that she took advantage of the weekend to visit the city, enjoy Friendship Day, and walk along the Posadas waterfront, highlighting the good weather that accompanied her stay.

In addition, a large contingent of visitors from Formosa were also present, waiting for their bus to return to their province. They participated in a religious congress that took place over three days at the Knowledge Park Convention Center. “The weather was spectacular, and we are very grateful. We came as a family, from Formosa Capital, Pirané, and the interior,” shared the visitors, who appreciated the natural surroundings and the city's hospitality.

At the same time, while some arrive for vacation, frequent passengers are also seen, such as a worker from Corrientes who was returning to Posadas with her dog Luna.

Misiones is now preparing to welcome more tourists, especially from Buenos Aires, Chaco, and Santiago del Estero, where the holidays are just beginning. With natural attractions, cultural offerings, and outdoor activities, the province is positioning itself as one of the favorite destinations to enjoy the last days of winter before the return to school.
