According to the Department of Emergency Situations (DSU), the transfer was organized at the request of the medical team from the University Hospital, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health.

The transport is carried out with the SMURD plane of the General Aviation Inspectorate (IGAv), the patient being intubated and permanently monitored by the medical team during the flight.

The victim has burns over a large area of his body and multiple traumatic injuries.
