Massive missile and drone attack, which Russia carried out on the night of September 7 in Ukrainian cities, signals that it does not want to diplomatically end this war. This was stated by US President Donald Trump's special representative for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, in network X.

"The danger of any war is escalation. Russia appears to be escalating the situation, and the largest attack in the history of the war has hit the offices of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in Kyiv," Kellogg noted.

He recalled that when he was visiting Ukraine two weeks ago, he and Prime Minister Yulia Svirydenko were in the government building that was hit by Russians at night.

"History shows that events can get out of control due to such actions. That is why President Trump is working to stop this war. The attack was not a signal that Russia wants to diplomatically end this war," the US President's special representative noted.
