About this declared French President Emmanuel Macron said he had spoken by phone with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky, as well as with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The talks focused on an upcoming meeting between Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump.

Macron noted that Europe is determined to support Ukraine, working in a spirit of unity and building on the work done within the framework of the"Coalition of the Willing."
