The commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrsky, has announced changes to territorial recruitment points and social support centers. This is O. Syrsky's reaction to criticism that has been divisive in Ukraine for some time.

"Mobilization should not be a shock to people. All our territorial recruitment centers must change. The task was given by the President of Ukraine," O. Syrsky told reporters.

Russia is preparing for new military actions in Europe, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Sunday, without elaborating on the statement.
