Breaking news: Israeli Army Spokesperson Avichay Adraee stated in his statement on his account on the X social media platform that they carried out an attack on the Dahiye region of Beirut.

Adraee claimed that the Israeli army targeted a senior Hezbollah figure in its attack on Dahiye.

ZIONIST LEADER SIGNALED THAT ATTACKS WILL CONTINUE

On the other hand, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a statement before the weekly cabinet meeting about Israel's attack on Lebanon yesterday.

Netanyahu claimed that Hezbollah was targeted in yesterday's attack.

Stating that they would not allow Hezbollah to pose a threat to Israel and would continue to"do everything necessary" to do so, Netanyahu indicated that attacks on southern Lebanon would continue.

Netanyahu also stated that, as in Lebanon, they launched numerous attacks in the Gaza Strip following the ceasefire that went into effect on October 10. The Israeli Prime Minister claimed that Hamas had violated the ceasefire and that in response, they launched attacks against Hamas members in Gaza yesterday.

Reacting to criticism that Israel consults with the Washington administration and receives its approval for its decisions regarding the Gaza Strip, Netanyahu claimed,"We make decisions independently of any external actor."

"All the rhetoric that says we need to get approval from this or that side is completely false," said Netanyahu, arguing that they acted without trusting anyone.

ISRAEL VIOLATES THE CEASE-FIRE IN LEBANON

Israel launched an attack on Lebanon in October 2023, and this attack escalated into a full-scale war in September 2024. More than 4,000 people lost their lives and approximately 17,000 were injured in the war.

Despite the ceasefire agreement between Lebanon and Israel on November 27, 2024, Israel had reportedly violated the ceasefire thousands of times.

While Israel still occupies the five hills it captured in Lebanon after October 8, 2023, it also maintains its presence in some areas it has held for decades.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that 331 people were killed and 945 injured in the attacks carried out by Israel, which violated the ceasefire, on Lebanon between November 27, 2024 and November 20, 2025.
