European leaders condemned missile-drone strike, which Russia inflicted on Ukraine on the night of September 7. In particular, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky called Russian dictator Vladimir Putin"a coward who attacks women and children."

As emphasized Lipavsky in his post on the X network,"Putin pretends to want to stop the war, but in reality he only wants to kill as many Ukrainians as possible."

"Last night he launched over 800 drones and missiles, killing a mother and her two-month-old child. A coward who attacks women and children. Talking today about stopping aid to Ukraine means siding with the aggressor," the Czech official noted.

Also on the Russian attack reacted European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, stressing that the Kremlin"kills indiscriminately."

"Europe fully supports Ukraine and will continue to support it. We are strengthening the Armed Forces of Ukraine, creating long-term security guarantees and strengthening sanctions to increase pressure on Russia. The killings must stop," she said.

My reaction to the massive Russian strike made public and President of the European Council António Costa.

"Talking about peace while simultaneously increasing bombing and attacking government buildings and homes is Putin's version of 'peace.' Russia started this war, and Russia has decided to continue it," he wrote.

According to Kosty, Europe should"strengthen Ukraine's defenses and increase pressure on Russia through additional sanctions, in close coordination" with allies and partners.

"My thoughts are with the victims, the injured and their families. The strength and resilience of the Ukrainian people continue to inspire us all," he added.

President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs emphasized that"the Kremlin wants war, not peace," so the answer to it "must be more weapons for Ukraine, more pressure on Russia."

As declared Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said,"Russian terrorist 'anti-records' require a decisive response," namely,"new, tough sanctions against Russia and greater support for Ukraine."

Prime Minister of Latvia Evika Silinja called to stop Russia, which does not want peace, but wants"more war, aggression and suffering."

"Another night of deadly airstrikes in Ukraine. Russia has struck the center of Kyiv, damaging a government building. We condemn these strikes in the strongest possible terms. These attacks underscore the urgent need for a ceasefire," Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen wrote.
