Early in the morning of July 28, a Russian drone "Gerbera" with 2 kilograms of explosives that had flown over Vilnius and crashed in the Jonava district of the Lithuanian Armed Forces Gaižiūnai training ground was launched in Belarus, according to well-informed sources of"Delfi". According to them, this was a purposefully planned operation, the purpose of which was not only to check the air defense capabilities, but also to cause a psychological effect. Therefore, the drone did not fly anywhere else, but over Vilnius, and such an altitude was chosen so that it would not be detected by radars. Not only a powerful explosive was found in the crashed aircraft, but also a modern flight computer and at least one SIM card.
