This meeting brought together, alongside officers and members of the police under the DGSN and the DGST, a group of retirees, children and orphans from the National Security family, as well as institutional representatives from universities, service companies and public establishments partnering with the Foundation.

True to tradition, the ceremony was marked by the recognition of the children and orphans of police officers who achieved the highest results in the 2024/2025 baccalaureate exams. The recipients received university scholarships totaling 50,000 dirhams, paid in five annual installments of 10,000 dirhams to support their higher education. This year, 25 students benefited from this scholarship of excellence.

Furthermore, exceptional financial support, ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 dirhams, was awarded to 68 students who distinguished themselves in their school exams. The Foundation plans to award 102 additional scholarships at regional ceremonies in the coming days.

Since 2021, the Foundation has been awarding academic merit scholarships, and in 2024 launched a partnership program with university institutions to facilitate access for children of police officers to top schools and higher education establishments.

The program also celebrated police officers who won artistic and sporting competitions held throughout the year. The Laâyoune security district won first place in the national futsal championship, while officers were recognized for their performances at the Arab cross-country championship in Iraq.

For the first time, the ceremony paid tribute to retirees over 80 years old, who were welcomed with honor and rewarded with certificates of recognition and symbolic gifts, marking the institution's loyalty to its former members, including through home visits for those unable to travel.

Six police officers were recognized for their work in the visual arts competition, which featured 52 pieces created by 37 participants. Some of these creations, along with those of children who participated in the Foundation's summer camps, will be exhibited to the public in dedicated art spaces.
