Former President of the Russian Federation, currently Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev became nervous because of statements by US President Donald Trump about the possibility of supplying Ukraine with long-range Tomahawk missiles.
"The supply of these missiles could end badly for everyone. And first of all – for Trump himself. It has been said a hundred times in a form understandable even to the stars and stripes uncle that it is impossible to distinguish the nuclear use of"Tomahawks" from the usual one in flight. Their launch will be carried out not by"Bandera's Kyiv", but by the USA. Read: Trump. How to respond to Russia? Exactly!" - Medvedev stated in Telegram.
A nervous Kremlin official expressed hope that the statements about the Tomahawks are just another empty threat caused by Trump's"protracted negotiations" with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
"Like sending nuclear submarines closer to Russia," he said.
