President Javier Milei decided to move the next meeting of the Buenos Aires political table to Monday at the Quinta de Olivos, where he will receive representatives from the ruling party and the PRO to continue working on the campaign for October, amidst some internal disputes over the management of the strategy.

The president called together the members of the working team formed after the defeat of La Libertad Avanza in the Buenos Aires province elections that day, starting at 12:00.

In this way, the head of state once again takes charge of the party's organization, this time at the local level. He previously did so at the general level, when he headed the national leadership.

Initially, the following will be present: Secretary General Karina Milei; advisor Santiago Caputo; Security Minister Patricia Bullrich; deputies Cristian Ritondo and Diego Santilli; mayor Diego Valenzuela; and newly elected legislator Maximiliano Bondarenko. It remains to be seen what will happen to shipowner Sebastián Pareja.

Those who have not been confirmed at the moment are the communal leaders of General Pueyrredón, Guillermo Montenegro, and of San Isidro, Ramón Lanús, although the latter has already decided not to attend on this occasion due to a family commitment.

Given these possible absences, Ritondo is considering asking the municipal leader of Vicente López, Soledad Martínez, who is also vice president of the PRO, to join the meeting.

This Wednesday, the leader of the yellow party at the Buenos Aires level visited the Casa Rosada to meet for just over an hour with Santiago Caputo and discuss the situation ahead of the October elections.

In various sectors of the ruling party, there is a growing desire for the political consultant to take charge of the alliance's strategy from now on, replacing Pareja, who would remain at the negotiating table but with a less prominent role.

"That would be the most logical thing to do. I think it would be done with Santiago, with the networks, to recover the mystique," said one of the members of the group that will visit the President in Olivos on Monday.

Meanwhile, in"Las Fuerzas del Cielo," discontent has recently grown over their exclusion from the debate, as they believe they represent a segment of the libertarian electorate.

"No, I've already realized that I'm just a simple service provider, because, apparently, there's no such thing as militancy in this space. I think they have a clear animosity toward us," protested one of the leaders of this wing, who answers to the advisor.

"Just yesterday (Tuesday), and in front of the entire Cabinet, the President himself ratified Pareja as the head of the Buenos Aires campaign. I think he's standing firm," a source close to the team leader remarked.

Also dissatisfied with the current scheme is the elected legislator of the electoral section sect, Oscar Liberman, who learned about the creation of this workspace through social networks, to which he was also not invited.

The businessman believes that, as one of the only two ruling party candidates to win in his home country, along with Montenegro, he should have been summoned. However, in the last few hours, Pareja has only called him to congratulate him.

At the last meeting of the Buenos Aires council, the leaders did not discuss how the campaign will continue, nor who will be in charge of each aspect."Specific roles were not discussed. We'll meet again next week, and for now, hierarchies have not been discussed," explained one of them.

That time, the meeting took place at the Casa Rosada and was chaired by the secretary general, who spent more than two hours talking with representatives of La Libertad Avanza and the PRO, specifically to analyze what went wrong with the strategy that led to the 13-point loss on Sunday.

"It was a long, cordial meeting, with room for self-criticism: we acknowledged having underestimated the PJ apparatus, having failed to mobilize the electorate, and having lost sight of the need to explain to the people the meaning of the effort we are making," said an official source.
