It wasn't exciting: after barely an hour, the women's Wimbledon final was over. Iga Światek completely blew Anisimova away and didn't let her score a single point.

The double 6-0 victory is an extremely exceptional result in a final. It's only the second time in professional tennis history that a Grand Slam final has ended in a"double bagel." Steffi Graf defeated Natasha Zvereva 6-0, 6-0 in the 1988 Roland Garros final.

For Światek, this is already her sixth Grand Slam, but her first Wimbledon title. She is also the first Polish player to win the grass court tournament.
