US President Donald Trump said in a statement on the Truth Social platform:"Iran and Israel must make a deal and they will, just as I made India and Pakistan make a deal. In that case, I brought reason, integrity and common sense to the negotiations, using trade with the United States." He added:

"There were two excellent leaders at the time, and they were able to make quick decisions and STOP! Also, during my first term, Serbia and Kosovo were at very heated odds, as they had been for decades, and this long-standing conflict was about to break out into war. I stopped that (Biden has damaged long-term prospects with some very stupid decisions, but I will fix that AGAIN!). Another example is the struggle between Egypt and Ethiopia over a huge dam, affecting the mighty Nile River. Thanks to my intervention, at least for now, there is peace and it will stay that way! Similarly, there will soon be PEACE between Israel and Iran! There are many phone calls and meetings going on right now. I do a lot but I never get credit for anything, that's okay, the PEOPLE understand that. MAKE THE MIDDLE EAST GREAT AGAIN!"

'THE MIGHT OF THE USA WILL COLLAPSE ON YOU'

President Donald Trump said in the early hours of Sunday morning (GMT+3) that the United States was not a party to the recent conflict between Iran and Israel. Trump made the following statement in a post on the Truth Social platform:

"The United States had nothing to do with tonight's attack on Iran." Trump continued: "If we are attacked by Iran in any way, the full power and might of the United States Armed Forces will come down on you at levels never seen before. However, we can easily make a deal between Iran and Israel and end this bloody conflict!!!" Iran warned the United States and its allies not to prevent Tehran from retaliating.

TRUMP'S MESSAGE:"IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO INTERVENE"

US President Donald Trump said that the US is not currently involved in the Israel-Iran conflict, but that it is possible.

Trump speaks to ABC News about the Israel-Iran conflict.

Speaking to ABC News' Rachel Scott, Trump said the U.S. is not currently involved in the Israel-Iran conflict, adding,"But it's possible we could get involved."
